Building with pillars and beams

Also known as the skeleton construction, the first step of this process is to create a bearing construction with pillars and beams. Non-supporting sandwich outer walls are then hung in front of the bearing construction like a curtain, and inner walls and floors are installed. The elements are often storey high and are coupled together and sealed against wind and humidity in the joint areas.

This construction method provides quick and cost-efficient production, along with flexible, independent interior design.
