The new extruder technology allows the manufacture of hollow core floors with a thickness between 15 and 40 cm. Compaction is carried out using the core compaction technology. In comparison to the conventional extruder procedure, this newly-developed technology uses less water and cement while achieving the same concrete rigidity.
Another benefit is the high flexibility of the casting machine. A complete change-over of the shaping component is carried out by one operator in less than 30 minutes. As a result, small production lot sizes and an almost infinite variety of hollow core slabs can be manufactured in a short time.
In comparison to the traditional extruder machine, our extruder has a longer service life and very few wear parts.
