Precast elements shorten construction time of Indian hospital

KEF Katerra India, has benefited from the advantages of constructing with precast elements for their project to build the ultra-modern hospital in Kohikhode, India. Meitra Hospital is a 500 bed (200 beds completed in phase 1) tertiary care hospital. The 400,000-sq. ft. building was completed within 18 months. The construction time was shortened by 50% in comparison to time used to build the hospital with traditional construction methods.
