OUR PROFESSIONAL FIELDS

"Our department prepares offers for individual machines and entire production facilities. Foreign languages are always needed – that makes my work challenging and, above all, varied."

GALINA WAGNER
INTERNAL SALES DEPARTMENT

The internal sales department creates offers for our customers. Not only does it include juggling with numbers, it also requires technical understanding and maintaining contact with suppliers and our sales managers.

"After several years as a programmer in the company group, I was offered a position in sales at EBAWE. I am responsible for looking after my markets, meet customers and prepare layouts and offers according to customer requirements. Attracting new business – that's my motto."

SEBASTIAN PIGORS
TECHNICAL SALES

Technical sales is the first point of contact for customers and interested parties. Generating new contacts at trade fairs is one of the main tasks as well as a detailed knowledge of your market. This job requires a negotiating partner and consultant in one.

"I worked in Stuttgart for seven years before changing my career to project management. I make all technical arrangements with the customer and make sure that everything goes according to plan. This also includes visits to customers."

MARTIN WINKLER
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Coordinating our projects in mechanical engineering requires good communication. The project manager is familiar with all the processes and is an important point of contact for the customer.

"As a product developer, I design new machines and plan them down to the smallest detail. I have already written my master's thesis at EBAWE and know our machines very well. Nevertheless, every customer order is different so it is always interesting and I am always learning something new."

FLORIAN BISCHOFF
PRODUCT DEVELOPER

The job is to provide tailor-made solutions for the production of precast concrete elements for the customer. This also includes the fun of the designing process.

"I am a trained technician and have found my perfect place here. My work is varied – an interesting blend of electronics, mechanics and IT."

DIRK DOBERSTEIN
ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

The electrical design department plans the electrical components of machines and systems, designing switchgear and working with modern software as well as coordinating interfaces in a team.

"In programming, every day is different. Sometimes it’s tinkering with new controls, sometimes putting the machines into operation at the construction site. Alternating between the office and construction site is particularly appealing to me."

MARCEL KRUEGER
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

A software developer has great creative freedom. Whether machine control, user software or production control, our company provides the scope to develop anything!

"I love to travel and visit customers around the world. I install complete production facilities at the customer site and coordinate the team on the ground. Getting to know new countries and cultures, always facing a new challenge – that is precisely what appeals to me."

CHRISTIAN BOEHME
PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY

This requires fabricating our machines on site and commissioning them in our production halls and at local suppliers. The main activity is assembling the equipment at the customer site – accompanying the projects from initial delivery to handover of the plant to the customer.
